Strategy and Impact Director
The Strategy and Impact Director is a critical part of the Budget Center’s leadership structure. The position, which reports to the Executive Director, helps develop and execute strategies for maximizing the Budget Center’s policy impact and influence and serves as a connector across teams (analysis, communications, development, outreach, and operations/HR). The Strategy and Impact Director helps to co-lead the Budget Center’s analyst team. In addition, the position oversees the Budget Center’s outreach function which includes relationship-building with policymakers and staff, advocates, and organizers. Therefore, the position is central to the organization’s mission and purpose of improving policy outcomes for all Californians through policy analysis and research, narrative development, and engagement.
The salary range for this exempt position is $135,707 to $187,902.
