The San Francisco Foundation and Port of Oakland hosted a briefing of a newly published report “Improving the Effectiveness of Project Labor Agreements.” In this webinar we provided a comprehensive look into the challenges and opportunities to diversify the East Bay construction industry and share best practices to improve performance of local project labor agreements.
