Are you a grantmaker who aims to improve the lives of Bay Area working families?
ReWork the Bay can advance your systems change impact goals, while providing you with rich learning opportunities and access to a deep and diverse network of Bay Area economic mobility and justice funders, organizations and leaders. As a funder, there are three ways you can participate in ReWork the Bay:

Support a Research or Demonstration Project

Proximate Philanthropy
Pooled Fund
Contribute at least $50,000/year in general operating support to ReWork the Bay.
Funds support ReWork the Bay’s operations, Equity at Work Council, and grantmaking from our pooled fund.
- Contribute any amount to ReWork the Bay.
- Funds support a research or demonstration project aligned with one of our three strategy areas. All Demonstration Projects are multi-sector and multi-partner, and typically involve a combination of grantmaking, contracting, and other operating costs.
- Contribute at least $50,000 to ReWork the Bay.
- Funds support grants made by our Equity at Work Council in alignment with our 3 strategy areas.
