County of Alameda Licensed Provider Grant
The County of Alameda is excited to announce the investment of $4 million to the local Early Care and Education (ECE) system for existing infrastructure needs and capacity building of the field. One-time grants will be awarded to eligible licensed Family Child Care (FCC) and Center-based programs in Alameda County.* All awards will distributed by the Alameda County Social Services Agency (SSA) utilizing a two-tiered system: 1) Large FCC & Center-based programs (Licensed capacity for 12 or more children) with grants of $3,350; and 2) Small FCCs (Licensed capacity for 8 less children) with grants of $2,350.
